What sucked

A compliance software company needed to bring an acquired European business onto Salesforce.

Accounts, contacts and opportunities existed in both HubSpot and a legacy CRM with duplicates across them, and deal values, stages and account relationships had to reconcile to source before the team could trust the pipeline in Salesforce. Product support had to move from Jira to Service Cloud without losing open cases, and HubSpot history had to remain accessible after retirement.
