ai receipts terms for practitioners

These terms apply when you share a receipt on ai receipts, a Pluris project run by Radicle Labs, Inc. ("Pluris"). They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us before you share.

Sharing is free

There's no charge to share a receipt. By sharing one, you confirm it describes real work you or your firm did, that you have the right to share it, and that it leaves out anything confidential, including your client's name unless they've agreed to it being public.

What we show

We review every receipt before it goes live. Once approved, we can show it, with your name and firm, to people searching for help with a similar problem. We may edit it lightly for length and clarity. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Intros are your call

When someone asks to meet you, we ask you first. You decide whether to take the intro, and we only make it after you say yes in writing (email is fine).

The 10% fee

If you take an intro and start a project with that client within one year of the intro, you'll pay Pluris 10% of what that project pays you in its first 12 months. After that, there's no fee on that project.

Clients you already know

If you were already working with the client before our intro, the fee applies only to a specific new project that came from our intro, never to your existing work together. Tell us about the existing relationship when we ask about the intro.
