About

What is ai receipts?

ai receipts is a public record of AI work that actually shipped. Each receipt is one real project: what was broken, what got built, what changed, and the name of the person who did it. You describe your problem, see who has already solved something like it, and ask them whether they'd take yours on, without giving your name until you want a call.

Why it exists

The best AI builders are hard to find. Many are small firms or individuals, some are larger studios, and almost none of them have the marketing budgets of the big consultancies. The proof of their work sits in client decks nobody outside sees. Meanwhile the people who need help are drowning in vendors who all claim the same things.

ai receipts exists to give those builders a place to show their work with the results attached, and to give the people who need help a way to find the right partner that starts from a real problem rather than a sales pitch.

Who's behind it

ai receipts is built and run by Pluris, a Los Angeles company founded by Stu Willson that connects private equity firms and mid-market companies with vetted AI practitioners. Many of the receipts started as case studies in the Pluris library or as conversations on Proof of Work, the Pluris podcast and newsletter about AI projects that actually worked.

How it's paid for

The site is free for the people looking and free for the people listed. If a conversation that starts here turns into a project, the builder pays Pluris a share of the first year's fees, the same terms as any Pluris introduction. Buyers pay nothing. No one's information is sold.

What we don't do

No one pays to rank, no receipt is sponsored, and no firm is listed because it asked. Every receipt is reviewed before it goes up, and the rules for what counts are public at What counts.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes, for both sides.
Who reviews receipts?
Pluris. A receipt has to describe a real project with a result; the rules are on What counts.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. A builder sees your industry, company size, role and the problem in a line. Your name and email cross only when you ask for a call and they say yes.
How does Pluris make money?
From the builder, if a project follows. Never from buyers.
Can I add my own work?
Yes, if it shipped. Share your work.
