What sucked
Incoming customer requests could each call for a support response, a bug fix, or a product change, and each needed the right workflow and owner with the customer's context carried into the work.
What they built
A triage agent classifies each incoming request and routes it down one of three specialist paths: a support agent that handles customer communication and logging; a bug agent that hands off to a coding agent to triage, write a fix, and open a pull request; and a feature agent that scopes the feature, checks affected branches, and opens an exploratory PR for senior engineers to review. No client or quantified outcomes are attached to this write-up.
