A top-five global beverage company / CPG had AI tools but didn’t know how to get the most out of them: which projects to start, or where the value was.
Reporting data sat across Excel, BI dashboards, email, and PowerPoint, and the weekly results deck was rebuilt by hand every Friday. Marketing was also spending hours writing social posts by hand and checking each one against brand guidelines, which made it the slowest and least measurable part of the business.
We ran a multi-department AI enablement engagement that produced projects the team could start right away. First, we interviewed leadership directly, and our AI voice agent interviewed 100+ employees doing the work. The interviews showed the team losing hours to hand-written social posts and manual weekly reporting, which made those the fastest places to save time. Second, we codified the brand expert’s knowledge into guidelines and a reusable Claude skill, so anyone can create on-brand social posts with the expert’s results. We also built a reporting skill that produces the weekly report from files the team drops in. A non-technical team member was trained to maintain the brand skill in under an hour, and it has kept running without us. Third, we trained leadership and marketing on the new process. Every post now carries the knowledge of their best brand expert, with 95% of first drafts on-brand from day one and 75% less time per social post. That returns an estimated 600 hours to the team each year.
