Most businesses have lots of small problems.
I’m solving for those in a way that uncovers larger problems. I helped turned ~20 of their people into users who can develop their own automated workflows, use them, and come to me to help with the ones that need to scale. For this group, there were a handful that surfaced, but the last one was around quickly turning processes into work instructions so the team could be trained and tested. It used to take weeks and only a few people on the team could do it. Now it takes 30 Minutes and multiple people can do it.
I led them through a B43 “Adoption Sprint” where we implement around 10 different workflows (some like the one in the last question, some small ones), and now they all are spotting opportunities for how to continue to leverage this skill.
AI won’t work if your people won’t use it. There are other factors, but a leading indicator of ROI is always usage (not tha usage guarantees it), and a leading indicator in usage is how confident someone feels. We help people feel confident.
When I started with this crew, there were only a few people using the tools. Now, they’re all using, and identifying NEW areas to use.
Sentiment of the tools is directly related to outcomes with the tools. We measure an improve how your team feels
