What sucked
The chapter's one-on-one introduction program left members to schedule, write the first message and work out why they'd been paired, so most found it too demanding to use.
What they built
North Group built a quarterly matching program: member profiles, a board-weighted matching pass that gives every member two matches, and a reviewed intro email with a pre-written introduction and booking link.
