What sucked

A Canadian digital health company building an employee-benefits platform for employers and their benefits partners had staff who mostly used AI every day, but shallowly and individually.

There were no connectors to the tools holding their work, no shared context and no way to pass on what one person learned. Sensitive member health data had no clear rule about what could touch a model, which blocked CRM automation and connected tools. The team's shared rule was that AI can draft, but a human stays in the loop on anything that ships.

What they built

North Group ran Claude enablement for a Canadian digital health company: a pre-offsite survey, a hands-on workshop on connectors, scheduled tasks and skills, one-on-ones with every employee, a role-by-role roadmap with three scored automations each, and a CRM split so member health data stays out of AI.
