What sucked

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), a PE-backed platform that acquires equity in med spas, cosmetic surgery, and dermatology practices, relied heavily on digital marketing to generate new client bookings across its managed practices.

Leadership needed to ensure paid media investment translated into actual patients and revenue, not just appointments on a calendar, but its EMR/EHR, paid media (Google Ads), call tracking (Liine), and CRM (GHL) data were all siloed, with no unified patient profile connecting marketing intent to clinical outcomes. As a result, AMP was optimizing campaigns on appointment volume with no visibility into whether appointments converted to revenue, what services patients received, or their lifetime value. The initial hypothesis, that optimizing against appointment bookings was a sufficient proxy for revenue, was wrong, and as AMP scaled, the inability to forecast demand and plan provider capacity was becoming a growth constraint.

What they built

CorralData unified AMP's siloed systems, EMR/EHR, Google Ads, Liine call tracking, and GHL CRM, into a single HIPAA-compliant environment. It built a patient profile matching marketing intent to clinical outcomes, enabled real-time capacity planning by location and provider, and put governed reporting and an AI co-pilot in front of every employee.

What changed
Lower CAC, Higher Revenue
