What sucked

A European enterprise software company owned by a large PE firm had grown through acquisitions and inherited about 700 customers whose contracts spanned five formats and four languages, many as scanned PDFs.

An earlier migration had set contract dates from when invoices went out, and the signed agreements said otherwise, so about 90% of legacy contract dates were wrong, renewals were mis-timed and quote-to-cash was breaking. Finance could not reconcile ARR from the CRM to the balance sheet.

What they built

ProSights built a reasoning-based extraction engine that reads contracts in five formats and four languages, including footnotes, tables and handwriting, cites every term to its source clause, validates it against a schema, loads it into an additive Salesforce Agreement object and reconciles contract ARR to the balance sheet.

What changed
3 months to validated Salesforce records

Validated records for thousands of contracts written to Salesforce and downstream systems with no added headcount

About 99.8% extraction accuracy

Across about 700 customers, five contract formats and four languages

Renewal dates and indexation on every agreement

Renewals price from the signed contract, and contract ARR reconciles to the balance sheet for board reporting

Time to results
2–4 months
