What sucked

Our client spent 15 hours per week processing customer orders.

Orders were downloaded from SAP Cloud, processed manually by their team, cleaned and normalized manually to match their internal format, then uploaded to their own ERP. Because of the disparate formats of Excel sheets, forecast windows and different business logic, by the time the orders were processed and allocated, forecasted revenue was extremely inaccurate, resulting in over and under reported revenue by month end, leading to confusion as to where the process broke down.
